Cloud Nine N.I. Summer Yoga Morning in the beautiful Glens of Antrim
The morning starts at Laragh Lodge (www.laraghlodge.co.uk) with a guided walk through Glenarriff Forest Park courtesy of the Forestry Service.
These guys know their stuff so be prepared to learn lots about the local wildlife. The walk will feature waterfalls, woodland plants and (if lucky) maybe a red squirrel sighting!
Then it’s back to the Lodge for a Yoga Class with Cloud Nine N.I. Gentle ‘Hatha’ Yoga, with an emphasis on the breath and relaxation, is the order of the day in a room over-looking the lush green of the Forest Park. This class is for men and women, beginners and veterans alike. Cloud Nine N.I. has experience of teaching Yoga and Stress Management to a wide variety of community organisations. They also produce Relaxation CD’s and Downloads. (www.cloudnineni.co.uk)
A buffet style lunch will be served at around 12.30pm.
If you wish, you can take the opportunity of a ten minute head / neck massage (£5 extra): a fully qualified therapist will available until 2pm.
Participants are then welcome to join the annual ‘Heart of the Glens Festival’ in nearby Cushendall: a good way to round off a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable day!
